Tour Plan

1
Day 1. Arrival in Uganda
On arrival at Entebbe international airport, you will be met by your guide who will then transfer you to a hotel in Kampala for a night. This driver will be your guide throughout the trip. Accommodation: Sheraton Kampala or Similar on bed and Breakfast (BB)

Day 2. Drive to Murchison Falls National Park-Rhino tracking at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary.
After an early breakfast, start your journey to Uganda’s largest and oldest conservation area hosting 76 species of Mammals and 451 birds.  You will go through Masindi with a stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for Southern White Rhino tracking. Conveniently located about 176 kms north of Kampala and seated on about 7000 hectares of land, Ziwa Rhino sanctuary is the only place in Uganda where you are able to see Rhinos in the wild. After tracking enjoy a scenic drive to the park. Accommodation: Paraa Safari Lodge (Luxury) or Similar on FB. Budget accommodation available on request

Day 3. Game drive, Boat cruise and Hike to the top of the Falls
Take a magical morning game drive to spot wildlife including elephants, giraffes, buffalos, lions, antelopes among others. Return to the lodge for lunch and later take on a boat cruise on the mighty Nile River along which you will see more animals and birds including Savannah Forest birds and water birds. Leave the boat and hike to the top of the falls. At this point you are able to have spectacular views of the falls as the world’s longest river violently roars through a six-meter chasm and across the park. Day 4. Drive to Kibale National Park
After an early morning breakfast depart for Kibale National Park driving through Fort portal city arriving late in the afternoon. Free evening at leisure at your lodge relaxing as you prepare for the next event the following day. Accommodation: Primate Lodge (Luxury) or similar on FB. Budget accommodation available on request

Day 5. Chimpanzee tracking. Bigodi Swamp tour
After break-fast your guide will lead you to the park headquarters for a briefing about the dos and don’ts during your trekking.  The high number of chimpanzees, the accessibility of the forest and the length of habituation makes Kibale the most popular place to track chimpanzees in Uganda with about 90% chances of seeing it. The forest also boasts of other primate species including the black and white colobus monkey, blue monkey, Grey cheeked mangabey and red-tailed monkey.  Return to the lodge for lunch and later take a guided nature walk at Bigodi wetland sanctuary. A nature walk in this part of Magombe swamp gives an opportunity to see more primates and birds including the great blue turaco. Accommodation: Primate lodge (Luxury) or similar on FB. Day 6. Drive to Kampala.
After breakfast at leisure, check out of the lodge and start your journey back to Kampala through Fort Portal - Mubende arriving your hotel late afternoon. Free evening at leisure at your hotel in Kampala as you relax from a long yet exciting journey. Accommodation: Sheraton Kampala or similar on bed and breakfast (BB). Budget accommodation available on request.

Day 7. Half Day Kampala City Tour.
After break-fast your driver will lead you on a Kampala city tour. This will include a visit to the various monuments in the city like the Independence monument, Sir Edward Mutesa 1 Monument, World war memorial monument and the statue of leadership among others, Namugongo Martyrs Shrine and Lubiri/Kabaka’s palace are also part of the city tour. Return from the city tour in time and be transferred to Entebbe International Airport for your departure flight.
